We work throughout the week, except Saturdays, Sundays, and Public holidays.
We use electronic means for most of our communication. We use reputed courier agencies for all our occasional land services. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
How are the charges calculated?
The charges are specified separately for every item. Our prices are not inclusive of taxes and other service charges (except in notified cases). All taxes and charges are calculated by our partner bank as appropriate, before you submit the final payment.
How long does it take to register?
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Room cancellation & refunds are driven by our partner hotel (Crowne Plaza, Kochi) policies. We will help as time permits to speed up the refund if any. You can directly contact them if need be.

User Submissions
Please exercise respect when participating in any features of AETCM such as forums, email functions, e-poster, abstract, sharing and/or publishing or any other function on the conference Websites or of the social pages which allows you to post, upload, edit, host, share and/or publish content. You acknowledge and agree that:
by using the AETCM website and/or modules
you are solely responsible for, and AETCM has no responsibility to you or any third party for any User Submissions that you create, submit, post or publish on the conference website or through the module;
AETCM does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to User Submissions, whether or not they are published
AETCM is not responsible for any User Submissions that you may have access to through your use of the conference website or modules and all User Submissions are the responsibility of the person from whom such User Submissions originated. AETCM does not endorse any User Submissions or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with user profile generation.
In connection with your User Submissions, you represent and warrant that you
Own or have the necessary rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize AETCM to use all copyrights, other intellectual property or proprietary rights in and to any and all User Submissions in accordance with these Terms; and
You have the written consent, release and /or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in the User Submission to use the name and/or likeness of each and every such individual in the User Submission, to enable inclusion and use thereof in the manner contemplated by these Terms. You shall not copy, post or use text, photos, pictures, images or any other content from any third party or source ("Third Party Content") without specific permission from the owner. Such Third Party Content may be protected by intellectual property laws and the owners of the intellectual property rights in such content may object to its use. You must not use any Third Party Content without first obtaining the permission of the owner of the intellectual property rights in such content.
Proprietary Rights
The content and compilation of content included on the AETCM websites, (excluding User Submissions) such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, digital downloads, are the property of AETCM, its affiliates or licensors and are protected with copyright laws. Such copyright protected content cannot be reproduced without AETCM's permission. AETCM reserves all rights not expressly granted in the AETCM Website.
